We currently ship to customers within the United States using trusted third-party logistics partners. Below you'll find details on our processing times, delivery estimates, and how to track your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum spend required.
COURIER PARTNERS
Orders are delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fastest available service. The carrier used for your shipment will be shown in your shipping confirmation email and tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting the "Track Order" page in our website menu. If you don't receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
SHIPPING DELAYS OR MISSING PACKAGES
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier disruptions, or seasonal demand.
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please email us at hello@veltrabody.com and we will investigate the issue promptly with the courier.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@veltrabody.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order. If an order is returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement shipment.
